Two Founders, One Realization, A Tool That Changed Everything
It was late March 2024.
We sat down to review our company finances, going through income, expenses, and every transaction that occurred during the month.
For this process, we tracked each expense carefully, cross-checking receipts and bank accounts again and again. Hours passed, yet the numbers still didn't fully add up. The more we reviewed, the clearer it became that managing finances shouldn't feel this complicated.
As we faced this challenge with our business finances, we quickly realized that managing our personal finances was the same story, just as time-consuming and frustrating.
We tried every method, from budgeting apps to spreadsheets and every other tool that promised to make managing finances easier.
Nothing felt right.
Most budgeting apps felt like homework, with too many steps and complicated categories that didn't match how real people actually spend their money.
Spreadsheets were powerful but a chore. Keeping them updated every day felt unrealistic.
Everything felt scattered. Nothing showed both business and personal finances in one clear, unified view.
Then one question changed everything:

What if we had a single tool that handled both business and personal finances and gave a clear picture of where the money goes every month, every week, every day?

That question became the starting point of WalletSync.
So we built it ourselves. WalletSync became the solution we couldn't find anywhere else, and we knew others needed it too.
